How quickly can we get started?
Most communities are fully onboarded within a weekend. Admins create an account, upload the unit roster, invite residents via WhatsApp or email, and the app is live.
Do we need to install hardware at the gate?
No. ResidenC works on any tablet or phone guards already have. Just log in, enable the camera for QR scanning, and you're ready.
What happens if the internet goes down at the guardhouse?
Guards can still check visitors in offline — actions sync automatically when connection is restored. The mobile apps are built offline-first.
Is our data safe? What about Malaysian PDPA?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security on every record. Residents can export or delete their data any time. We follow minimal data collection principles.
Can we switch plans later or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time — changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Monthly plans can cancel any time; annual plans can pause or switch.
